Prof.Ir. Kusmayanto Kadiman, Ph.D.

Dr. Ir. Kusmayanto Kadiman, an Indonesian citizen domiciled in Indonesia, was appointed to serve as the Company’s Independent Commissioner in November 2021. Prior to joining the Company, he has held several positions in the government and academic field, most notably as a Minister of Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (2004–2009). He served as Director of PT Alas Buana Raya (1993–1995), Director of Technology Research Center at Bandung Institute of Technology (1996–1999), Rector Secretary at Bandung Institute of Technology (1999–2000), Rector at Bandung Institute of Technology (2001–2004), and Independent Commissioner of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (2019–present). He has also been active in several organizations, including a member of Asian Control Professor Association (ACPA), International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC), and Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEEE). 
 
He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Physics Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1977 and a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) from Australian National University in 1988.

Dr. Ir. Raden Pardede

Dr.Ir. Raden Pardede, an Indonesian citizen domiciled in Indonesia, was appointed to serve as the Company’s Independent Commissioner at the Company’s 2021 EGMS. He has held various positions in several companies and governments, including Deputy Chair of the National Economic Committee (2010–2014), Special Staff of the Minister of Finance (2008–2010), Chair of the Indonesian Financial System Stability Forum (2007–2009), Secretary of the Financial System Stability Committee (2008– 2009), President Commissioner of PT Asset Management Company (2008–2009) (having previously served as Deputy President Director (2004–2008)), Chair of Indonesia’s Infrastructure Development Financing (2004–2005), Special Staff of the Indonesian Minister of Economy (2004–2005), Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) (2004- present), Executive Director of PT Danareksa (2002–2004), Deputy Coordinator of the Assistance Team for the Minister of Finance (2000–2004). He was also the Chief Economist and Division Head of PT Danareksa (1995–2002), Founder of the Danareksa Research Institute (1995), Consultant to the World Bank (1994–1995), Planning Staff at the Indonesian Ministry of Industry (1985–1990), and Process Engineer at PT Pupuk Kujang (1985). Currently he is also a guest lecturer at the Bandung Institute of Technology, University of Indonesia, and Prasetiya Mulya Business School. 
 
He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1984 and a Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from Boston University, United States in 1995.

Honky Harjo

Honky Harjo, an Indonesian citizen domiciled in Indonesia, has been the Company’s Commissioner since 2010, and he was last reappointed as the Vice President Commissioner at the Company’s 2021 EGMS. He has also served as Director of PT Djarum (1998–present), President Commissioner of PT Grand Indonesia (2013–present), President Director of PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan (2016–present), President Director of PT Global Investama Andalan (2018– present), President Director of PT Sapta Adhikari Investama (2018–present), President Commissioner of PT Sumber Kopi Prima (2018–present), President Commissioner of PT Prima Top Boga (2019–present), and President Commissioner of PT Alto Network (2021–present). 
 
He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from California State University, Northridge, United States in 1983 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California at Berkeley, United states in 1984.

Martin Basuki Hartono, an Indonesian citizen domiciled in Indonesia, has been the Company’s President Commissioner since 2010, and he was last reappointed as the President Commissioner at the Company’s 2021 EGMS. He has also served as Director of PT Djarum (1999–present), President Director of PT Global Digital Prima (2010–present), and Commissioner of PT Global Investama Andalan (2018–present). 
 
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from University of California, San Diego, United States in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Claremont Graduate University, United States in 1998.

Ronald Winardi

Ronald Winardi, CFA, Indonesian citizen and domiciled in Indonesia, joined the Company in June 2023 as CFO. He has been the CFO of PT Global Tiket Network since July 2018, the subsidiary of the Company. He began his career as a renewable energy engineer with Contained Energy Indonesia before transitioning to investment research joining UBS Securities Indonesia as an equity research analyst (2010- 2013), and then with Hillhouse Capital Management in Hong Kong (2013-2015). In 2015 he rejoined UBS Securities Indonesia as a Director in equity research. He had covered Southeast Asia public and private market with wide ranging sector coverage including Consumer Technology and internet. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from Pelita Harapan University, Indonesia in 2007 and a Master of Management in Applied Finance from Bina Nusantara University, Indonesia in 2011.

Kusumo Martanto

Kusumo Martanto, an Indonesian citizen and domiciled in Indonesia, has been the President Director of the Company since 2010, and is also the CEO and a Co-Founder of the Company. He has also served as COO of PT GDP Venture (2010 – present), Director of PT Global Tiket Network (2017 – present), President Director of PT Global Kassa Sejahtera (2017 – present) and General Manager of Business Development and Diversification of PT Djarum since 2009. Other prominent roles, he has held a position as the Commissioner of PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (2018-2019), while currently still serving as the Commissioner of PT Polinasi Iddea Investama (2016 – present), President Commissioner of PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia (2018 – present), President Commissioner of PT Global Teknologi Niaga (2021 – present), and President Commissioner of PT Artha Mandiri Investama (2021 – present). Prior to joining Djarum and co-founded Blibli, he has held various positions including as the Senior Program Manager & Enterprise Business Architect Intel Corporation (2006-2009), Senior Product Manager i2 Technologies Inc (1999-2005) and Six Sigma Black Belt-Office of Continuous Improvement Honeywell Aerospace (1996-1999). 
 
He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing System with Highest Distinction and Honor from Iowa State University, USA (1995) and a Master Degree in Industrial and System Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA (1997), along with Supply Chain Professional (CSCO) and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

Andy Untono

Andy Untono, an Indonesian citizen and domiciled in Indonesia, has been the Director of the Company since 2021. He is also the CIO of the Company. Andy has been with the Company since early August 2021 and has more than 27 years of experience in various industries. Andy Untono’s prior experiences include roles as a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (1995-2000); Regional Account Manager for FreeMarkets International (2000-2001); Regional Head of Business Development at Zuellig Pharma (2001-2004); Head of Wealth Management business at PT Bank Central Asia (2004-2014); Chief Marketing Officer at BCA Life (2014-2015) and Group Business Development Director at Djarum Group (2015-2021). 
 
He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania (1994) and a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University (1998).

Andy Utono

Lisa Widodo

Lisa Widodo, an Indonesian citizen and domiciled in Indonesia, has been the Director of the Company since 2021. She is also the COO and a Co-Founder of the Company. Lisa has 20 years of working experience in process engineering, banking, e-commerce operations, and product management. Lisa’s management contributions to the Company include the development of its BES logistics company, as well as customer-centric services such as as trade-in, scheduled delivery, and 2-hour delivery, which led the Blibli.com customer service team to win customer service awards including awards in The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) competition 2020. 
 
She obtained a bachelor’s degree with honors in mechanical engineering (2002) and master’s degree in material science and mechanical engineering program (2004) from The University of Texas at Austin, USA. She also gained her product management knowledge from Haas School of Business Product Management Executive Program from University of California, Berkeley, USA. She has also received UX certification from NN/g Nielsen Norman Group.

Eric Alamsjah Winarta 

Eric Alamsjah Winarta, an Indonesian citizen and domiciled in Indonesia, has been the Director and the Chief Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations of the Company since 2021. He has also been a Group Director of Business Development at PT Djarum since March 2021. Prior to that, Eric had more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and capital market, including senior roles as Managing Director and Head of Indonesia Coverage for Investment Banking and Capital Markets at PT Credit Suisse Sekuritas Indonesia (2019-2020), Head of Indonesia Corporate Finance at PT ING Sekuritas Indonesia (2016-2018) and Head of Indonesia Investment Banking at PT Barclays Capital Securities Indonesia (2014-2016). Eric has also spent his professional career with other reputable financial institutions, such as Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore (2012-2014), PT Rothschild Indonesia (2005-2012), and BNP Paribas Group in Singapore and Jakarta (1997-2002). 
 
He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison, United States (1994) and a Master of Science in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University, United States (1996).

Eric Alamsjah

Hendry 

Hendry, an Indonesian citizen and domiciled in Indonesia, has been the Director of the Company since 2017. He is also the CCO and a Co-Founder of the Company. He has spent his professional career with Blibli for more than 10 years, and prior to that time he worked in PT. Djarum for 4 years. He was previously entrusted to be in-charge in several divisions such as in Business Development, Growth Marketing, Campaign and Product Management besides Finance & Legal which makes him capable of understanding the business from a wider perspective. And now, Hendry is currently responsible as the driving force for the development and implementation of the Company's strategic plans leading towards unprecedented commercial success across key market segments. From ensuring seamless and delightful e-commerce products experience journey to captivate customer foster and lasting engagement, building fruitful strategic partnerships and nurture long term relationship with amazing diversity of our sellers. In addition, He is also spearheading company-wide business development opportunities and initiatives aligning with overall Company's strategy to ignite remarkable revenue growth. 
 
He obtained a Bachelor Degree of Accounting from Universitas Tarumanegara, Jakarta (2004).
